When can I get  box delivered?

Next day if your order is placed before 4pm. If you require a box to be delivered on the same day or for the next day after the 4pm cut off, we offer a same day service within three working hours (dependent on location).

Can I see how many boxes I have in storage?

Yes! You can manage everything online via our online portal. You can also view additional details via the reports tab; like your total number of boxes, sizes, dates and more. All reports can also be emailed to you.

How will I know to destroy/ remove boxes past their retention period?

Every box can be set a review date when it is added or at any point whilst it is in storage. Once this review date is reached there will be a reminder which shows up whenever you log in. Clicking this reminder will generate a report of all boxes past their review date which can be emailed to you to help you manage your boxes.

Can I order an individual file in a box to be delivered?

Yes you can. When you request a file to be delivered for the first time our staff will search the box, retrieve your file, barcode it and deliver it to you. From this point it's activity can be tracked easily on the portal. If we cannot find a file in the box, you will be notified.

Do you provide boxes and other supplies?

Yes we do. You can order a range of boxes, as well as shredding sacks, on the online portal.

Do you provide shredding services?

Yes. You can request individual boxes to be shredded, or have secure shredding sacks delivered to your office which can then be collected and shredded safely and securely.

Do you provide scanning services?

Yes, we offer a range of bulk scanning and on demand services. Please contact our sales team to discuss your options.

How do I order new barcodes?

Simply log into the online dashboard, head for the Supplies tab and type in however many barcodes you require then follow to the end. (One barcode per box)
